The individual training level can be saved on the chip card, but the chip card is not required. The hydraulics have a lot of pressure on levels 8-10 and thus allow for a challenging workout even for advanced athletes, something only very few circuits offer! However, beginners and older people can also train well on this circuit because the lower levels have very little resistance and the seat height, lever position, etc. do not have to be adjusted on the strength training devices. This means that the circuit can also be used without supervision. There is NO risk of injury!
