Thanks to a coupling bolt, the independent arm suspension allows for both alternating or two-armed exercise variations. Furthermore, the unit allows for classic free-weight training with a barbell or EZ-bar / integrated bicep curl bench.
Thanks to the excellent biomechanics with an optimally tuned force curve, as well as bilateral and alternating exercise options, the ATX Bicep Blaster enables effective, joint-friendly, and particularly intensive bicep training.
