With this glute machine from Jimsa, you can train your glutes in an isolated and gentle way. The chest pad is adjustable in height in various steps, so that the glute machine can be individually adapted to any body size. In addition, the footplate (starting position) can be adjusted in 7 steps. The fitness equipment is equipped with a weight stack of 95kg, making it suitable for heavy strength training. Nevertheless, the weight can be increased in 5kg increments, making the sports equipment easily usable for older/weaker individuals as well.
