With this 2-piece set consisting of a seated Leg Extension and a seated Leg Curl from the Life Fitness Signature Series, you can train your front and back thigh muscles safely and effectively.
Leg Extension here you can train the thigh and quadriceps muscles in an isolated and gentle manner. The muscles are targeted and challenged precisely. The backrest is adjustable in 8 positions. The starting angle of the exercises can be adjusted in several different positions and the angle of the pad roller can be adjusted in 4 positions, allowing the strength equipment to be individually adapted to your body height. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large weight stack of 145kg. Nevertheless, the weight can be increased in small 2.5kg increments using fine weights, making the sports equipment easy to use even for older/weaker individuals.
Leg Curl here you can train the posterior leg muscles in an isolated and gentle manner. The muscles are targeted and challenged precisely. The backrest is adjustable in 8 positions. The starting angle can be adjusted in 5 positions, the leg pad for counter-pressure is adjustable in 9 positions, and the angle of the pad roller for exercise execution is adjustable in 4 positions, allowing the strength equipment to be individually adapted to your body height. The fitness machine is equipped with an extra-large weight stack of 135kg. Nevertheless, the weight can be increased in small 2.5kg increments using fine weights, making the sports equipment easy to use even for older/weaker individuals.
