The seat and backrest of the universal bench can be adjusted in 8 different stages. Everything from a flat position to an almost 90° upright position is possible. This allows you to tailor your workout with the multi-bench to specific muscle groups. The bench can be used for dumbbell training, but can also be placed in a power rack or a Smith machine, for example.
