Proxomed Seated Calf Machine through Plantarflexion or Foot Flexion, White, Used - Tested Condition with Signs of Wear

Proxomed Seated Calf Machine via Plantarflexion or Foot Flexion, used - tested condition with signs of wear

With the seated calf machine from Proxomed, the calf muscles can be trained in an isolated and gentle way. The exercise is performed through plantarflexion, meaning the flexion (bending) of the feet downwards towards the sole - See pictures where the two end positions were photographed.
The Seated Calf features rubberized handgrips in front of the upper body, allowing for safe and comfortable handling during training. The bar with the thigh pad can be lowered to prevent cheating during the exercise. The seat height is adjustable in several steps, so the fitness machine can be individually adapted to the user's height. The calf machine is equipped with a 100 kg weight stack; the weight can be increased in 5 kg increments, making the machine easily usable even for older or less trained individuals. If a specific point should not be exceeded during exercise for certain patients, the movement can be continuously stopped with the range limiter.
